Full Contact Karate follows the Kyokushinkai / Ashihara Karate Kumite System of Non-Protection Fighting. The Strongest Karate.

All Round Fighting combined with our other systems. Realistic selfdefence and combined ground and standup fighting.

4. Jujutsu

Grappling, Sambo, Jujutsu.
